Every minute on the minute, perform 5 burpees.

The scaling will be either 50 total reps or 75 total reps!

400 meter run

1. Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1

 

2. With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute¦ continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Substitutions: 95#, 65#, 45#, or Medicine Ball Clean and Jerk.

Thursday - "Death by Pullups"

"Death By Pull-ups"

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. Take as many breaks as you need as long as you complete your required amount of reps within each 60 second period.

 
Extra Credit: 25 Tire Swings
