Interested in trying CrossFit? Here's how to get started.
If you're new to CrossFit, to join our gym you must first complete the CrossFit Beginners Workshop. This challenging and interactive class meets 6 times over 2 weeks and will teach you the foundations of CrossFit which include nearly 20 different movements, CrossFit's philosophy, and nutrition. Each class ends with a high intensity workout to allow you to get acclimated to the workouts our experienced members perform.
The Workshop Classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. You can choose either the AM or PM class. We meet for roughly 70 minutes per session and you must attend each day to complete the Workshop, as the course builds on what you learned the previous session. Advance payment is required. After completing the course you will have built the necessary skills and strengths to join the CrossFit Group Training classes.

Beginners Workshop cost: $150. Sign up with a buddy and save $25 each! Once you have selected a workshop session and paid online, you're all set!

Single Membership on auto-draft: $165 per month
2 Person Family Membership on auto-draft: $270 per month. Each addtl family member: $135/person
