Upcoming Events

September 4th Metro Dash will be held at Woodruff Park in Atlanta. The cost is $60 per person and you can enter individually or we can form a team. There is a limit of 200 athletes, so we'll need to decide soon!

September 11th Vinings Downhill 5K Run for the Kids. This event will be held at 2859 Paces Ferry Road in Vinings. It starts at 8am on that Saturday morning.

September 25th - The 5th annual Fight Gone Bad event will be held in our own back yard at the Marine Training Center (1880 Roswell Street). Proceeds from the event benefit the Wounded Warrior Project, Livestrong, and CrossFit Foundation. This is yet another chance to meet and workout with with many others involved in the CrossFit community. To register for the event, visit HERE.
