What is CrossFit?

In the simplest terms, CrossFit is an incredibly effective strength and conditioning program. We feel the CrossFit method will prepare you for life and sport better than any other training regime in existence today. If there were another system that worked better we would implement it at our facility.

It features functional, mult-joint movements that are constantly varied from day to day and week to week. We perform these movements in the form of short but intense workout sessions.

CrossFit is a very popular strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. It is also being implemented in nursing homes, schools and physical therapy. If your fitness level is somewhere in between, more than likely it can help you.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We can use the same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale the amount of weight you lift and intensity; we don't change programs.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Many soldiers, skiers, mountain bike riders, and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
