CF HQ Rest Day, make up any of the past 3 WOD's or tackle the infamous "Fran"...

21-15-9 reps of:
Thruster (95/65)
Pull-ups

*WOD will be scaled accordingly for the Pack and Pups. There will be a 12 minute limit.
