Me having a 15 year old right on my heels during the rope climb...if only CrossFit was around when I was a teenager!
For time:
20 Back squats (225/155)
40 Wallball shots (20/14)
60 Burpees
80 Double-unders
Run 1 mile
*We will be CLOSED this coming Monday September 6th for Labor Day.

30 minutes it is then.
This one's bark is worse than its bite guys...you can do this in 30 minutes!
