Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

15 GHD Sit-ups
10 Ring Dips
25 Air squats
250 meter row

I got me 4lbs on the way work this morning! I'm not crazy about that 8.99lb nonsense. This weekend will be full of delicious stir fry and barbecue.
